Where Vision Meets Infrastructure
Executive, publisher, and pioneer redefining what women’s leadership looks like at scale Silke Harvey, Executive Director, SheIsMe Global
Silke Harvey has spent three decades building movements and businesses from scratch, across industries, across borders, and often before the market caught up. From early online music publishing in the 90s to corporate services and women’s personal development, she has always moved instinctively between worlds, building bridges along the way.
Today, she is focused on her most ambitious project yet: scaling SheIsMe Europe into an internationally recognised media and leadership ecosystem, while pioneering a replicable cooperative living model for women across Europe.
About Silke Harvey

“I want a world that prospers, stories that last, and women who don’t ask for permission.“
Silke Harvey, Executive Director SheIsMe Europe & Media
Silke Harvey is an executive, publisher, and cultural entrepreneur whose career has unfolded across music, corporate services, media, and women’s leadership platforms.
The turning points came early and kept coming. In 1995, she got her band online at a time when most of the music industry had not yet registered the internet as serious commercial territory, making her one of the UK’s first digital music pioneers. She performed at the Millennium Dome, secured institutional funding for her artists, and ran an independent online label before most people even knew what that meant. When music had run its course, she walked into KPMG’s European headquarters as an in-house financial translator, then went on to launch her own corporate translation agency serving major European clients. Each pivot was deliberate. None of them was safe.
As the founder of Inner Hippie Books, she has guided multiple collaborative anthologies to Amazon #1 bestseller status and built a credible platform for women’s authority-led nonfiction. In parallel, she spent years as a trained Reiki Master leading personal development workshops and women’s circles across the UK and Europe — work that gave her a rare and practical fluency in collective leadership and transformation at ground level.
Her mission is to scale what she has spent a lifetime building: a globally recognised media, publishing, and community ecosystem that gives women the infrastructure to lead, create, and prosper.
Silke currently serves as Executive Director of SheIsMe Europe and SheIsMe Media, leading European expansion and the development of publishing and media assets within the SheIsMe Global ecosystem.
SheIsMe Global

SheIsMe Global is an international ecosystem founded by Lisa Jimenez that merges women’s storytelling, leadership, healing, and community. It has grown from a single conference into a multi-platform movement spanning live events, retreats, publishing, health, wealth, and media, giving women the infrastructure to speak, lead, and build lives on their own terms.
Silke Harvey serves as Executive Director of two of its most ambitious divisions.
SheIsMe Europe is developing a network of cooperative housing communities and speaking venues across the continent — real, ownable infrastructure for women looking for alternatives outside the outdated systems. The first cooperative is currently being established in a rural village in Spain as a live, scalable pilot model.
SheIsMe Media is building a global media network with a single mission: pushing women’s unheard narratives into the mainstream. Through publishing, broadcasts, and digital platforms, it is creating a pipeline for women’s voices that operates outside traditional gatekeepers.
Together, these divisions represent a new model of women’s leadership — one grounded in owned assets, published voices, and physical community. SheIsMe does not ask for a seat at the table. It builds the room.
The Women of Aragón

Silke is relocating to a small village in the mountains of Aragón, Spain, to build something pioneering: a fully functioning, legally structured, women-led housing cooperative in one of Europe’s most depopulated rural regions.
España Vaciada — Spain’s emptying interior — is losing population fast, leaving municipalities eager for newcomers willing to revive their villages. Silke sees this as an opportunity for women, for the region, and for a new model of collective living.
The cooperative is a legal and financial structure, not a retreat. Members will own shares, take part in governance, and contribute to a shared economy built on cooperative property ownership, local enterprise, and mutual support — designed for women at major life crossroads ready to build something of their own but with the backing of supportive community.
Developed in line with Spain’s depopulation recovery strategies and in partnership with local authorities, the project gains infrastructure, legitimacy, and housing security private ventures can’t match.
Aragón is the pilot. Once established, the model will be replicated elsewhere — France, Sweden, beyond — through SheIsMe Europe, a growing network for women’s sovereign living.

The Pacifist
In the ruins of war-torn Europe, one man holds on to his belief that human life is sacred.

Taken from his home by force and thrust into the machinery of WWII, a young German pacifist survives not by fighting, but by refusing to become what the war demands of him. Through hunger, fear, and the frozen brutality of Stalingrad, he chooses compassion over violence, setting him on a long journey home across a ruined land. Behind him, a wife rebuilds a shattered home and guards the humanity of their children. Remembered years later by the granddaughter who listened to his story, The Pacifist is a deeply human account of courage, memory, and the cost of refusing to hate.
Note from Silke:
“For years I’ve been told I should write this story and I’ve finally started. The Pacifist is a novel based on my grandfather’s experience in WWII. A man who refused to lose his humanity, even in the middle of war.I’m writing this book now, and I’m opening 20 early reader spots at €20 each.
Early readers will receive each chapter as I write it, follow the story as it unfolds and be part of bringing this book to life. This is not a finished book yet. It’s a living story in progress. Click below if you’d like to be one of the 20 early readers.
