Visualisations for homeworkers to increase productivity and profitability

Homeworking is the “new normal” and will be here to stay for the foreseeable future. Yet a Thrive Global survey has found that more than 75% of employees are feeling overwhelmed and less productive working from home as the pandemic causes them stress and worry and a home environment has its own distractions and challenges.

It has been scientifically proven that wellness programmes are effective tools for controlling stress levels, thus increasing mental focus and productivity, and ultimately profitability for the company. Looking after the mental wellbeing of homeworkers therefore makes sense from a financial perspective as well as in terms of employee welfare.

I can help your workforce adjust to their new working environment with the following service:

  • 1 x 20 minute daily creative visualisation, 5 days per week, via Zoom or a video chat platform of your choice for all homeworkers in your scope of responsibility to enhance focus and productivity
  • Opportunity for homeworkers to catch up with colleagues after each visualisation during the same Zoom or video chat session to enhance team spirit and the feeling of belonging by providing a virtual office break
  • 30 minutes in total for each Zoom or video chat session
  • Sessions can be booked between 12.00 pm and 3.00 pm your local time. Lunchtime sessions are ideal for replacing the office lunch break, thus providing structure in the working day; they also help to fight the dreaded afternoon slump

Please do not hesitate to contact me at silke@silkeharvey.com should you have any further questions or would like to discuss this unique opportunity in a video chat.
